This is a full strength London Dry Gin made in very small 50 litre batches in a traditional copper still in London.  
 
Alongside the traditional botanicals we have added some honey and orange.  So this isn’t a flavoured gin but rather just has these botanical at the forefront of its taste.
 
We recommend you add a slice of orange and a slice of fresh ginger if you have any.  For the perfect serve add a drop or two of ginger bitters.  We know that you probably won’t have that in your store cupboard but it’s very easy to get hold of from Amazon and a bottle will probably last you a decade!
